I have purchased and sold (in 3 days!!) my Palmer house using Dave as my realtor. The true test of my satisfaction was to list my house using Dave as my realtor. That in itself proved I thought Dave was a reputable realtor. In the purchase of my house the sellers were not forthright in leaving the advertised appliances in the house & Dave compensated me for that. A thank you note to Dave Johnson/Fishhook Realty: My wife and I put our house on the market in 2006, it was a little late in the season and we didn’t sell. We took it off the market because we didn’t want to move in the middle of the winter and for other considerations. We also didn’t feel that we had been treated like we expected to be treated by the listing agent. When 2007 rolled around my wife and I decided that we would find someone who would listen to our concerns and act accordingly. We called a few different real estate agencies and when we talked to Dave we decided that we liked what we heard on the phone and asked him to come to our house and talk with us face to face so that we could see if he could do what we wanted.
